I havent blogged since Jan ...its now May heheh.

So much has happened . Im single, I moved, Im getting certified in personal training out in B.C in Sept. BUT most of all I have peeled off a few more layers of myself ......it was hard work and from Jan till now I layed in the" dark night of the soul" major spiritul crisis......

My Kundalini got activated during a holotrophic breath work exercise and , due to the fact that I am not a CLEAR channel the experience all though wild....was not pleasurable.

After a very long winter and deep dark spriritual depression ,I am into the light ...for now.
